Got version 1.14 out now. The following things changed:
- fixed health of civilian structures
- fixed targeting issues of the Pacifier FAV
- fixed Grinder Treads upgrade for the Grinder
- fixed Attack Dog and War Bear that they are not able to attack Cryo Legionnaire and Desolator now
- fixed all the Reaper issues
Thanks to PsionicAssassin for finding some of the bugs and Golan and Lauren for helping me with the Pacifier targeting stuff.

Through Desura this mod just refuses to even boot up. I'm at a loss. Can anyone suggest how I might get around this?
Do you have the Steam version of RA3? I guess Desura has problems with it.
Trouble Shooting similar problems repeatedly since circa 1890.
Nice mod. It flows smoothly.
good work guy, i have only one problem...
i cant play skirmisch!
there are no maps to choose nothing there.
Help!
Try to delete the skirmish.ini in "% appdata%\Red Alert 3\Profiles\<YourProfileName>" (without the space at the beginning).
i dont have that file and my skirmish doesnt work anymore either and thats all i play. How do I fix this??? I have windows 7. I cannot find that file
EA never tried to balance the new units, many of them are completely overpowered, kind of ruining the experience (at least for me). It would be great if you could try to balance things, even if just fixing the most obvious problems (like the new Allied aircraft having way too much health). Then release the balanced version as a separate patch for this mod, so players can choose to stick with EA version or the balanced one. I could even do some balance testing and suggestion for you, I just have no modding experience on newer C&C titles (I've only modded TS and RA2). Could even try to assemble a small balance team to work on it?
Anyway, great work on the mod, this is top quality. I just feel that with some balancing it could turn out to be even better and more fun for multiplayer!
Would the work make sense these days?
Thanks for your quick replies :)
