RealRTCW 2.1 Released!
This was a long road but overhauled version of RealRTCW has arrived!
The main changes are:
- ioRTCW engine (widescreen support,better sounds etc.)
- New weapons. New models for the old weapons
- Total sound overhaul
- Custom maps support
- Balance changes and more! Check out readme for the full changelog

!If you have any issues with the widescreen working wrong (fov,menus,hud) type this in the console "/cg_fixedaspect 2" and after that "/vid_restart". Info about this command and screenshots HERE.
To open console press ~ (keyboard should be switched to eng) or you can always use shift+esc to bring down console on any language keyboard.
What can you expect next? I will continue to work on the Trondheim Trilogy and the Project 51 addons. They will be released later this year.

The main menu doesn't seem to fit on my screen (like it's too zoomed in). Any way of fixing this?
Edit: Also have got missing (wooden?) textures in grey. I'm not using the hdpack.

You are probably launching wolfsp.exe.You should launch iowolfsp instead

No.You can find 32 bit .exe and dlls in the x86 folder in the mod archive.Just use them instead of x64 ones

Im loving this mod, but having to play in a window, due to fullscreen mode causing an odd issue where it seems to freeze my entire computer. is there something ive done wrong? Can i circumvent it, and has anyone else had this issue?
I've never heard of this issue before. Try using different resolutions via the in-game settings menu.

The mod is really great. One thing that I find kinda strange is the FG42. Against the AIs in the hardest difficulties it's mostly useless because the AIs shoot so fast you have to prefire most of the time and the FG42 is kinda slow. Obviously the new rifles work just fine, but the FG42 it's an iconic weapon, i think. Kinda sad you can't use against most enemies. Another thing i found strange was in Mission 4 Part 4, when i usually did the first part kinda stealthy and i had no STEN or Silenced Luger to work with. Of course these are minor issues, the mod as a whole is the job of a genius and i'm really thankful and enjoying the challenge of the hardest difficulties. Well done my friend!
rodrigo-links234, the FG42 is firing in semi-auto mode, both in "RealRTCW" and in the vanilla game. Maybe WolfETPlayer could alter the weapon to fire in full auto mode? I've seen the FG42 fire in this mode in other games like "COD1".
Balance is something I’m trying to improve with every new version. And with new separate player/AI weapon damage ported from 1.42d to iortcw balance will be greatly improved.
Out of pure curiosity I'm playing the game and it runs nicely. But guns don't have any sounds.
Is there any way I can fix that issue?
GiantR, do the other sounds in the game work for you, like the environment sounds and the music?

i have the ioWOLF version and everytime the intro scene stars, it freezes every second for 2 seconds.and when i click play and then highlight over an option to start it freezes the same way. i start playing and then the cutscene behaves exactly like the intro Every second it freezes for 2 seconds. killing a nazi in stealth is no problem but the game freezes if i aim a gun on an enemy or when i get hit.... this download here doesnt fix it :/ idk what to do
