Dow-Host: Red Phoenix Rising is a total conversion of CNC zerohour. The mod aims to deliver a more realistic battlefield experience. Also, this mod will transform Zerohour to a more demanding strategy game while keeping some arcade touches to make the game enjoyable. Modeling Guidelines:
1. Aircraft models should have a minimum of 900 polys and a maximum of 1400 polys. (2000 polys are allowed for aircrafts called off the map)
2. Do not model the aircraft with the landing gear. Only keep openings in the model in the place of the landing gear (SEE SU-34 model). When the aircraft model is ready, I will discuss the landing gear and its animations with the modeler as it will be added separately.
3. Do not add any weapons to the aircraft under the wings.
4. You dont need to add any bones to the aircraft as I will add them later. This includs (launch bones and FX bones)
5. Do not model afterburner flames as they will be added separately.
6. NO HOUSECOLORS. Housecolors will be shown over the unit not on it.

Texturing Guidelines:
1. The textures on the aircraft should be realistic. For instance if the aircraft to be textured is Russian, the texture should look almost like the real aircraft being used by the Russian Airforce.
2. The aircraft should bear the same logo used for the Airforce of the units faction. For instance the red star.
3. NO HOUSECOLORS. Housecolors will be shown over the unit not on it.

If you feel these guidelines need adjustments or you disagree with any point above please make a comment.
