Re adds reworked versions of the popular game types Team ArenaMaster, Freon, and Team DeathMatch to Unreal Tournament 2004 (UT2004). The reworked versions fix bugs, add optimizations, and add new features to these game types.

Description
At most 16 player names are shown. An arrow pointing down indicates that some players are not shown on the HUD because this player only wanted to show five names. The size of the names are adjustable separately for allies and enemies and may be toggled.
