The Gonome was criminally underused in Opposing Force, so I am glad to see you intend to add it to the original Half-Life.
Very good! And definitely scary. It kinda reminds me of the poison zombie from Half-Life 2, good work :). Maybe work on the hands a bit? They look a bit thin and stretched.
