Wow this is really a great and detailed shot of the map, I like how the light seems like it's drawing the player to a safe and fortified place yet when they get there they quickly find out that looks can be deceiving. (My take on it). Stuff like this really makes your mod stand out from all the others, keep up the good work!

This sky looks weird - like square.
That is how the sky is done in goldsource there is no way around it I don't think
Its probably just that skybox texture, others look fine but the space skybox was never really used in hl, and therefore it's unpolished.
You can still see it if you look hard enough though.
