Description

This is PsychoPhobia Version 2.25. It contains Episode 1 & 2, The Pit, and ZBloodpack. Changelog can be found on our homepage and inside the package.


Version changes:
2.24 -> 2.25 (27.04.2014)
- Change: Weapon Reload and Unload Animations Doubled for Magnum, Winchester, Shotgun, MP5, MP7, M5A1 and Minigun- Change: Blooddemon Running Speed slightly improved from 15 to 18- Fix: 3D Stimpak Model Scale reduced from 1.8 to 1.0- Fix: 3D Small Medicine Models (both types) Scaled up by 50%
- And some other stuff
2.23 -> 2.24 (03.11.2011)
- add: new music for map17 by John S Weekley

2.22 -> 2.23 (22.07.2011)
- fix: MP5 dropping ammo now removes 12 Bullets instead of 100
- change: overworked music in map03 and map07 by John S Weekley
- change: Bulletcase spawn now for 90 seconds instead of 17
- add: new music for the Tec-areal in map07 by John S Weekley
- some small other things I forgot

- fix: 3d-keys are no longer half in the groud
- fix: The new music plays now correctly in map04 (before the new music never started to play)
- fix: map05 texture alignment
- fix: map18 slide-doors can't be jammed now

- add: map08 Arachnophyte now has battlemusic

This error occurs if the main wad file (PsychoPhobia.pk3) is not loaded at very first.

You have to extra the rar-archive. You can use Winrar or Seven-zip to do it. Maybe there are some other tools that can extract rar-archives.

We removed some of the monsters. That is the reason why there are some empty places.

Then your game runs probably in the software-renderer-mode. You have to switch to opengl. Maybe you have to install opengl drivers first. I am not familiar with mac OS.

Probably same problem like above. You have to switch to the opengl renderer. Only in this mode gzdoom and skulltag uses 3d-models. In the software-renderer-mode they are no 3d-models and some of the objects and HUD-weapons are only in 3d.

To use magic spells you have to select the magic hands (8) (also called in PsychoPhobia Energy Projector) and then select the spell for the mouse buttons. Default there is the button "num1" for the mousebutton 1 and num2 for mousebutton 2. If you found only one spell you can select only one. If you have more you can set the spells you like on the mousebuttons. Like in Solodos second post bellow.

I played this version with GZDoom 1.5.6 in Windows 7 x64, also with 3D monsters and HD textures, but when I try to attack with fireballs of hands don't work with first and second botton of mouse, it's with other botton or I need to do anything first? The second act is difficult because I always play whitout this weapon and there are more reserves of this than the others.

To do this: go to customize controls and mark botton for Energy projector selector 1 and 2, later press this bottons for alternate the type of magic with hands. Before don't work because I have nothing magic select.
