Project RDX is a mod based on the IDTech3 engine.
The goal is to make the game more complex, and balanced between the "ol' school" and "realistic" games.
It's the stub of an upcoming feature, that is non-player characters for singleplayer/coop maps.
They follow different code pathways from clients (players & bots) and are supposed to be spawned and deleted even mid-game liberally in fairly large numbers.
I still have to coordinate models, and as a test I used the armor shard.
That doesn't make sense but I like it :D
