It is a result of bioengineering/biotechnology there are no aliens. Only creatures made from the very fabric of the human imagination, sometimes it is best if our thoughts go undeveloped.
looks not bad..
add some spikes on the body some claws not sticks and it would be very frightening
I didn't add claws because it's going to replace the alien grunt model, so those sticks are like tubes, which he uses to shoot the "nano bugs".
The other monsters/mutants/zombies will be more scary

Why is his genital area coevered? I think he should have like a tentacle there.
Well we would but then we would have 8 or 10 tentacle monsters running about and if we did this we would need to model some anime schoolgirls.Oh and Japanese voice actors.
