Project A.R.C is a Half Life 1 modification that takes place in 2035 in an underwater science base located somewhere in the Atlantic Ocean.
This is the new Project A.R.C game menu. It has a new background image, new menu skin, new "mouse over" effect, new click sounds and a nice new soundtrack.
