The Human Research Labs, a Labodory deep into the Underground Complex of the EnrichmentCenter. This labs are top-secret so not even the government know about it. With the ability to engage in research outside of moral and legal obligations.
We defiantly need to retexture the control panels, but the rest looks awesome (:
