Planetfall previous patch file

This is the patch that appeared just before Planetfall's latest patch. I figure it's a good idea to keep this one online as well, so you have something relatively up to date to download when I have updated "Planetfall latest patch" and it is still awaiting authorization. This mod has as goal to recapture the atmosphere and story of Sid Meier's Alpha Centauri, but create an improved gameplay with the tools offered by Civ4. This patch needs to be applied on top of the main v13 file of Planetfall
