This is the full whole game patched and updated as a stand alone package. when running the game for the first time it's essential to set the settings to Ultra on it's first run so that everything renders properly, this only needs to be done once. : From the readme...
Unzip the Phantasm Beyond 2 folder to anywhere on the HD
then run the .exe to start the game you may also select it and right click and send to desktop for a shortcut.
then once the game is started

- EXTREMELY IMPORTANT!!!!!!!!!!!!! Be sure the game is set to ULTRA in the system settings
Go to *options on the main menu settings select *system and select *Ultra then save and then restart the game and your good to go.
It's important to select and set ULTRA as many items and textures just won't render otherwise.
I tested this mod a bit - everything seems to work fine: selecting an add-on, saving a map, and loading a save. True, the light level is unstable: according to incomprehensible logic, it can be more or less.
But before I start the full passage of the mod, I want to see the whole picture. Strange, but I did not find information how many maps in each add-on and how they are called. Where can I find it?

Hi To answer that I would have to describe it as a Horror Game based on the Film franchise base on the Phantasm Movies. It's a First person Shooter with characters and locations from all five movies in the series. with this version, Doom 3 is NOT required and is a complete updated and patched full package as a stand alone game. Thanks.

This version is complete, the others listed are already included and not needed. There is another version I made with Unreal Engine 4 titled Phantasm Armageddon. for a different adventure If your interested Thanks.
