What if i wanna use this with Quake 1 remaster? The only way for us to do co-op is through Steam, all these soureports are useless for us who wanna do them in co-op mode
Why do I get hurt at random when riding the elevator in the first level lmao
It's an issue with Quake engine physics where you clip into the elevator and get hurt. Usually happens with large/long elevators and platforms but can also happen in the original Quake maps.
Try a different engine (I don't think I found one that worked).
Dont forget to rename Bickley.bsp to lowercase next release, anyway stuff is good.
I've been greatly enjoying this! The in world model for the rocket launcher is still the vanilla Quake one, though. Some of the on-screen text still says "Custom Item" as well.

why is the health hud icon a cringy anime girl?
It was the only female one I could fund,the protagonist in Peril being female. I asked my daughter if she thought the protagonist Robyn would be into anime
Might replace it someday, but it can be deleted manually to default back to Ranger.
