Perfect Stride Continuum is the quintessential hardcore first person future ice skating game...
Well, it's not exactly. Later this week you can test your skills and try to master the Frictionless Continuum Skates in the first release of Perfect Stride Continuum.
You will be able to play through three bizarre levels, each requiring a different set of skills to complete. Learn the mechanics of the Continuum Skates in Perfect Arena, hone your speed and momentum in Yamada's Circle Square, and grind through the challenging technical jumps of Industrial Grind.
Only the most advanced physics students will be able to master the near-frictionless movement of the Continuum Skates! They require great concentration and precision to master - give this mod a chance if you are looking for a challenge, complete all three levels and history will probably recognize you as a Perfect Stride Champion!

No offense but that looks quiet bad :S.
You need some sort of wall riding technique with jumping off, but with no friction, Can you even jump?
It looks awesome, I like the sound when you skate :-) . A nice idea also!
as limagic said... I mean it's not bad but you need to improove some things, as the textures, for example.
Why does it look like a Half Life 1 mod?
it could be a half life 1 mod but i think it would be boring bicuse i could only walk and jump.
The graphics could be that they are going for a retro style, And the idea is rather original. Looks like the mod could be quite fun. I can't wait to give it a try.
i like the textures, they are CLEARLY meant to look out-dated, i dont think the texture artist was just lazy and used a 32x32 image

i like the idea and the sound when you move but i can already tell ill be annoyed after awhile with the skate sound and will turn me off...
8 bit style, hehe. You should set it up with a nice nostalgic soundtrack. :D
