The Penal Legions mod is an additional race modification for Dawn of War Soulstorm, based on Penal Legions and also Abhumans from Militarum Auxilla, the division of the Astra Militarum that contains most of the Abhuman units of the Imperial Guard. Penal Legions are Imperial Guard forces consisting entirely of convicted criminals, debtors, liberals and other social transgressors against the Imperium of Man. By serving in the Penal Legions these individuals are given the chance of redeeming themselves in the eyes of the Emperor. An Abhuman is a descendant of baseline Human settlers whose ancestors mutated and physically adapted to various extreme environmental conditions after being isolated for thousands of standard years on colony worlds across the galaxy. Some Abhumans may also be intentionally genetically engineered mutants created for a specific purpose. The mod is still on development!
Light vehicle, it can be upgraded with heavy weapons. It is fast and can be used to harass and flank enemy forces easily.
