no. Iraq was using Mirage f1
but after 1991 iraq gave them to iran (i dont know why)

you mean Iraq wanted to save them and take refuge in Iran, but Iranians considered them as gifts... they were like, those Iraqi's killed soo many of us during the war, lets take these planes as a compensation.
Soo many aircrafts fled including Mirage F1s, MiG-25 Foxbats, MiG-21 Fishbeds, MiG-27s, Su-24s, MiG-29s, Su-20s, Su-22M Fitters, Su-25 Frogfoots, MiG-23s, and a number of Il-76s.............

They didn't really "give" them to Iran. After the backlash by the US forces, the Iraqis sent most of their fighters to Iran, and when they wanted them back, Iran demanded a fee for the maintenance and parking. So they remained in Iran.
