Oztf mod has many features such as an inbuilt admin system, to enable options easier, and gameplay diversity.

Some of the added features...

Rounds mode
Tfstrike mode (with rounds)
Soccer mode (with rounds)
Duel mode (with rounds)

Tf vs DM mode
Highlander mode
Practice mode (unlimited ammo, grenades etc)

Overtime (Golden cap).

Optional HWGuy (moves while firing cannon).
Optional Pyro (added cannon and added kickback (rj) on impact).
Optional Engineer (railgun charge, for greater damage).

Tracking cameras- track sentries, flags, players in observer mode. Autotrack command for spectator, will jump to a player when he or she takes the flag or something important.
Gspeed command (bunnyhop limiter, best I have seen so far).
Customizable TF_Goals - Force solid flags, drop flags, flag model (You can now drop keys) CTF flag support including model meshing to player skin.
Customizable Sentry Guns - sentry speed, sentry firing rate, inital target delay time.
Advanced status bar.
Advanced match/prematch processes and features.
Added showfrags showtouches showfps command.
prime1 and prime2 added, to support prime and throwgren with the 1 key.
And many bug fixes, to improve the gameplay overall.
