this verson adds T3 point defense turret for all factions

i make the experimental units much stronger
their weapons health and they all have some health regen rate now
i also added shields to most of them aswell they also move faster with increased turn raidus

just place experimentalunits.scd in your gamedata folder and enable in the game menu
