OutCast mod for Quake III Arena

OutCast is a unique project and has been in progress for just under a year. Originally thought to be based on the Quake 3 Platform. In an attempt to branch outwards the Genesis3D engine has been looked at as a base for the release of OutCast as a standalone game, however the move is as yet uncertain. No code work has as yet been fulfilled for OutCast, although there are a few models to be seen and a serious amount of fluff! Storyboards are mentally in production, although nothing solid has been produced.

But enough about the progress of OutCast - the mod itself will be an impressive multi-level, multi-time zone one man army style first person shooter.

You will play as Billie J Blastkowitcz, the Andorran national responsible for several attempts at world domination. Know you've finally been caught and brought back to justice - your sentence? To be the first person to test a new revolutionary, if not tempremental device - a Time Machine.

With a notibly negligable amount of control over the device, you are cast back in time where you can no longer be of any threat to the High Lords of Terra. Little do they expect, that the laws of causality do apply.

In your travels you will see Hitler win the Second World War, American troops withdraw from Vietnam only two years after their arrival, a secret technological war of espionage between Great Britain and the Soviet Socialist Republics, the Undead rising in East Germany, drug gangs taking control of the entire populace in South America and our final grim future.

Can Billie J Blastkowitcz inadvertantly save the world from an unexpected evil?
