hello everyone,
I have lost the main version of the original xbox couter-strike port that I was working on but i found an old one.
but there's a catch you see, this version doesn't run it just stops responding and that's as far as it goes i don't know why it does that so... yeah.
How to install this mod:
1. extract the cs_xbox folder into your half life folder (Steam\steamapps\common\Half-Life)
2. have half life and counter-strike installed
3. if you can get it running have fun I guess

how exactly did you rip the game in the first place? Just wondering if i could do the same and possibly fix the models somehow
Reshirom200 there are tools to extract the files in you have the contents of the disc.
Teamsandpit.com (written by me) allows you to extract the archives and extract the textures. The .bsp files are the same format (but lighting is different) and the .mdl files are similar but somehow different.
Can we play this like in nonsteam version
This is amazing! Really wish you would finish this. Also what's up with the player models? I mean, they look broken when I open the Half Life model viewer.
the models that look broken are straight from the original Xbox game i have no idea why they are broken
