(CTF:Each side has a base (which is a Warehouse full of crack,who ever steals the most crack wins the money which means the other side loses money and soon will lose)
(DE:Both teams have some C4 and lately the other gangs have been messing around with your stuff so your side must goto the other sides HangOut and Blow it up, First one to blow up each otheres HangOut wins)
(TAG: Tag the walls?, This gametype is time based you will have 5mins (default time) to tag as much places as possible and the hard part is that you can kill each other still and plus they can erase your tag and put there tag)

I have updated the "Gang Wars Bonus Pack" download file so it does not have errors. The file can be found here: Gangwars.ga . There is a direct download to the file hosted at Gangwars.ga , which is a new community forum for this mod.
Attempting to bring this mod back, got a forum started Gangwars.ga and a community gameserver (gw.wtf.im:27015) with teamspeak server (gw.wtf.im:9987)

Sometimes late at night, I think about how much I enjoyed playing Gangwars. It was ultimately my all-time favorite Half-Life mod back in the day. I know I have soulmates somewhere in the world, and I find it outrageous they are letting this mod drift to its inevitable death.
Yes, we know this mod is going to die for good, just like all of us... But stop to think for a second. Imagine you're in a hospital. You've lost some of your vital limbs and organs due to a severe accident. Your relatives think it's best to let you go of your pain, while on the other hand, you know you'll get better and can live for some time, regardless of the damage sustained.
This is exactly what is happening to this mod. The mod is the patient and we are the relatives, and we are euthanizing it too soon.
There's currently one (1) active server in Gangwars, the Gamerz Playground. It's a miracle they even have the nerve to maintain a server this unpopular. They have constructed the foundation - it's our job to build on it. It's exactly what I want to do.
It's just about getting the word across. Spread the word. Contact your new and old friends who may have played this mod in the past. I know you want this as much as I do.

as im seeking permission to convert these 2 legendary maps to Counter-Strike: Global Offensive and upgrading them to source to make them look awsome!
To everybody with interest in this mod, me and some friends met while we played gangwars, i used to be a moderator of gangwars.net appointed by Topaz, we our working on gangwars source and sepratly with other friends we have worked on a update for gangwars for HL1, if you would like to play gangwars with us please join our forums him self, i am a gangwars vet and have alot fo contacts with people who still play the mod many our in the community or friends on steam.
