The game takes place in the eve of the Seven Hour War. Fighting against blood shedding synths and frightening aliens, Adrian Shephard has to struggle his way with his fellow comrades from the Phoenix Command, with the main objective of stopping the construction of a Combine Citadel. In his journey he will find what has happened to the world, moments before the Seven Hour War.

looks fine, the glow of the fire, etc. But the fire needs a sort of base, like in l4d, because it just looks like its flying there... but its a wip so gj at it!
I agree, the base effect in L4D is excelent, should be used in this too.
I couldn't answer you guys yesterday, something was up with my browser...
Anyway, yes, we're working on a base effect like in L4D.

Very good! However I still would like to reccomend the following:
Bottom right hand corner, grenade icon, have some sort of cut-out flame on it to distinguish it from other types of grenades perhaps?

urgh, the zombie screams as they burnt in hl2 began to creep me out when i realised it might be the host screaming, not the crab...

Just don't forget that this is a mod and not a professional game made by a studio of 100 peoples with 5 years of experience in the video game industry.
