The game takes place in the eve of the Seven Hour War. now this is the ****(in a good way),the only thing is that the lights are too bright and they are all working,a few should work,a few flicker ,and a few be broken.And the textures should look more old,broken ,destroyed...

Why are chairs and tables set up perfectly in the street? And is that DOF going to be in the real game?
The OF2's DOF starts to draw after 15 seconds looking at the same direction. It takes around 5 seconds for it to be completely drawn. The DOF is toggeable, and underground/interiors maps don't have DOF.
By the way, there was a guy who posted something related to GTA IV, misteriously his comment got deleted. Anyway, answering to that: No. Our DOF is way more player-friendly, since it's set in a first person shooter.
Our DOF is mainly created to prevent players from trying to aim at something or someone for around 30 seconds only to get a 100.000 Headshot Achievement or something. And believe me, I've seen that before.

That's supposed to show up when the time remaining for the nightvision/flashlight to turn off. But it just stays there when you don't use it.

Why would someone put a light on the building if their just going to block it out with an awning? O.o
Also, the light looks as if its attached to the Window.
Environment Lighting looks a bit too... blue? Try to dim down the color a little bit.
Why are there table's and chairs in the middle of the street?
The Corner building seems to cut off the sidewalk. Doesn't look right.
Lights look a bit overly bright. Imo you should dim them down a bit so they dont seem to blind anyone that looks at it, i know blinding light looks cool, but its unrealistic for an average city light.
Other than that, i think its looking pretty good, i love the DOF you guys are going for. The Corners on the sidewalk look very well done and the textures seem to align quite nicely. Keep up the good work.
PS. That shtogun model is kickass.
C14, Outlands. They're all that blue. It's sort of normal I would say. I've noticed the testers, and possibly players, recognize themselves better with the ambience they are at not only because of the environment, mapping, architecture. Also because of the colors.
When it comes to using colors, we have a color correction artist who works to show off more colors, raise contrast, lower it, make stuff more dead... All with color correction. So when sometimes you say "Wow nice graphics", the colors might be playing with your eyes.

That architecture is pretty boring. Spice it up a bit, and possibly replace of those SDK stock textures (being set in a different city and all)?

The shotgun looks completely black and the lights look completely white. You might want to turn off HDR or something for shots like that.
Everything else looks too blue. Something less strong would be fine with me, but I can ONLY see blue. It's supposed to be a lot more subtle.
It reminds me of L4D, the first level of No Mercy. Very nice look.
wouldn't city 14 have at least different custom names for buildings, like baltic cafe and foto, it would be easy and make the game look REALLY good if it had custom textures for that. Also custom spray paints would be good too because I see GAST sprayed on two different buildings in this picture. Otherwise I LOVE the lighting, it really sets the tone! ^_^
