don't blame Treyarch blame activision
What happened?
Hi, my apologies to everyone for the change of game, because of the extremely tedious and slow support that Treyarch is giving for its mod tools, we had no alternative but to switch to Cryengine3. We're seeing it as a much better approach in the long run, as it is an extremely mod friendly game which can also provide some stunning visuals.
I am still in the process of ensembling a team, I am about half way there, so we're still on the look out for quality modders!

Kind of put me off If Im honest, I dont like Crysis 2 gameplay.
You know how mods work right?
Yes, but this was originally a black ops mod, I was hoping for a story themed mod with black ops style. Im very certain that the gameplay style is unlikely to change to much, and I dont like Crysis 2 gameplay.
The Engine has nothing to say about the gameplay or visual style. It's all up to the developers to decide how it should feel and look.
Why would you tell us this?
