The war between the US and the MEC/PLA Forces is coming to an end. Treaty negotiations are underway with China, and if accepted it is believed it would end the war with very little resistance. However, soon several bases are attacked. The first attack began at the American controlled outpost at Dalian Plant, by an unknown "zombie" force. Both sides are blaming each other for the attacks. Some of the remaining survivors, and witnesses of the original attack are trapped and still trying to escape the chaotic mess they find themselves in, and at the same time they look for some answers to who or what is behind the zombie attack. Beware, Operation Dead Dawn has begun.
