I am a Battlefield 2 Modder specializing in HUDs, Sounds, Textures, and Tweaking. I prefer to work on Sounds the most, but love modding in general. I can either edit existing game sounds to improve the quality, but I have also been working to create new sounds from complete scratch. If you ever need help with BF2 modding message me via XFire, and I will try and help you out to the best of my knowledge.

What operating system do you run? I know Vista 64bit can have some issues but that can be fixed.

not sure if i'm gonna play (have to get my bf2 cd's again, lost them ages ago >_<) but it looks verry interesting :) especialy your take on strategy :D your mod looks more then just "zambees lol" :p
That's one of the cool things about the new BF2 1.5 patch. You don't need the disks to play, only to install :P

Haha, I have actually been with BF2 since day one as well as BFV and BF1942 I still have the demo disk from BF1942 when it was released in a magazine. I really love the series, BF2142 I got on release day as well, but I don' play it as much. It is an extremely improved BF2 but the story and time period just didn't interest me enough to keep playing.
