Which image is better, overdue or this one?
With cliff is better, but everything looks a bit too blocky. If you want to improve it see how Valve did it in c2a5 and next levels, give some slopes and angled brushes. Same goes to other world geometry. The more details the better.

The cliff is a bit blocky. Making cliffs is indeed a bitch and I have trouble too. May you can look into some tutorials or search for cliff prefabs. I haven't really found the latter, so I recommend looking into tutorials. VHEtutor on youtube has a video on how to make cliffs I believe. Check him out if you can. ;)

I've seen far worse cliffs than these, good job mate! I hate doing cliffs myself, but one of my teammates, Neclipse, has made this simple and quite useful tutorial for them. Take a look Moddb.com .
