You should have this be an easter egg where you have to have one really random planet and on that planet you need to have 5 different land buildings and the sixth slot can build a "Pimp-Machine" or something like that to make this unit. Not sure if you can actually have a building that requires five other buildings to be buildable though.
Could always put a building on those hutt build pads (or other captureable structure) called the Pimp-factory that produces this. Probably have a random planet that produces this as a secret unit.
My bet is that EA && Bioware are already making one as a stronghold decoration. Only for 1'999 cc, if you know what I mean =)

that´s gonna be the special ability - it will drop golden chains and spawn some Twillek squads (I think they were composed of female solely in EaW)...
