OSGE in background with music 1

I have

  1. installed the game,
  2. ran the STALKER_OGSE_0693_Patch_2_10_Revised
  3. ran the configurator
  4. ran the STALKER_OGSE_0693_OGSR_Engine.

After I double click on the Launch OGS Evolution 0693, the configurator opens up and on clicking Launch (x64) the game just minimises (like this?) and goes in the background with guitar music playing.

How to move forward? I shall try reinstalling and launching the game before applying the aforementioned 2 and 4 and post my results here, tomorrow.

Till then, any suggestions?

Started the game after each installation and it is working fine except that all the radio messages are in Russian. I remember reading a fix about it and shall now find it. Admins/Moderators, do I delete this thread now that it is resolved?
