Fifth part of the map and the owl Thread - Old Good STALKER Evolution mod for S.T.A.L.K.E.R. Shadow of Chernobyl

I have a problem, i know you need to do quest for Lukash to get to the owl flashstick but only thing i can talk with lukash about is revealing theres duty base near them and he tells me to talk to max, but i had a problem much earlier that somehow they both detected each other and ONE duty soldier attacked freedom base by shooting them out THROUGH the concrete wall and max died in that fight, is the map questline with all of it gone for me ? Whenever i try this it instafails the quest because i cant talk to max, although his people stand on the crosswalk waiting for orders as if i didnt just instafail the quest
