Battery for BTR (quest bugged) Thread - Old Good STALKER Evolution mod for S.T.A.L.K.E.R. Shadow of Chernobyl

Battery for BTR quest is broken.
In english version, it misses translation for part 2 of the mission.
In Russian version, it says to find 3 battery artifacts for charge the BTR's battery.
But even if you have or find 3 Battery Artifacts, the quest can't be finished: you have no dialogue options with Screw and you can't hand over to him neither the artifacts or the car's Battery.

Having same issue, would really like to know if anyone found a way around this, like how to access the spawn menu?

Exact same issue here. This is my work-around, and some handy tips for navigating similar bugs in general. -This works on the x64 bit version of STALKER OGSR 0693.

1. Make a shortcut of "xrEngine.exe" found in "bin_x64" folder of your main install directory. Right-click that shortcut then click "Properties". Then click the "Shortcut" tab and in the "Target:" field type " -dbg" after the directory which should be in quotes, make sure there is a space after the the last quotation mark and before the hyphen. ex.) "C:\games\STALKER OGSE\S.T.A.L.K.E.R OSGE Mod\bin_x64\xrEngine.exe" -dbg

2. Now open the shortcut and load a game where you can get to a point after you were sent out for the retrieval but BEFORE you picked up the dead battery or else you stuck with the 15kg useless dead battery. Once at that point, while in-game press ESC to get to the main menu, then press F1. The debug menu will pop up, in russian, blyat... Go to the tab on the 1st row, 3rd column, scroll through until you see the "charged vehicle battery", you will recognize the inventory image. below the list, click the center button which will spawn it into your inventory, you will here a beep. Click esc and proceed with the mission. Although you will have missed a few bullet point s on the mission, this should get you back on track and you can wrap up this bugged leg of the BTR quest. Also to speed up the process, you can press ALT+ENTER(numpad) if you want use the teleport function, but be sure not to permanently delete any of the teleport spawn presets, I don't think they come back. Save the game and you can play normally without the debug from the shortcut.

Also, you can remove the discharged battery from your inventory using the spawn menu, there is a button in russian which will be highlighted if you have the item in your inventory.
