It doesnt see the packs if OGSE ... so I can't unpack squat

Yeah, even tried renaming the db files to .db0 etc. "Unsupported file format". What was used to pack the files?
I don't see where the problem is. The unpacker is working for me.
1. Rename for example gamedata.db_base_configs into gamedata.db
2. Use ru version of the unpacker.
3. Extract.
