Nova Aetas is set in the world of Calradia, but in a later period. The Old Medieval World is vanishing. A new era is coming and you, the player, will experience this. Nova Aetas is Latin for A New Era. The main targets are realism & extended gameplay.

Description

The long awaited v3.0 of Nova Aetas brings new features and a numerous bug fixes and huge balancing tweaks. Enterprises now bring profits of around 600-1000, you can now sail everywhere on the ocean and of course the famous new Crusades & Jihads feature. Besides, the Acztaoc have now authentic armour and tribesmen in the jungles wear sort of indian outfits. The Gothic font is removed from the game and tool breaking chance is reduced. Cathars now no longer attack you when you pay. The customisable troops feature and colony building system is fully fixed and tested. Cancelling the customising operation no longer requires putting back the items. The inventories will reset and you can continue playing. The rescuing prisoners quest is now adjusted and fully working. Just pay the guard to free the prisoner. A bug where troops fight with fists is also fixed. There is one thing to mention and to remember: when you buying items in towns with different faith makes you pay 50% more!!

Downloaded mod a few days ago, never bothered installing until yesterday. Installed at around 6 Pm, played it, liked it. Looked at time, It was 2 AM. My face when I played for 8 hours. I needed to go to bed, but decided to continue playing. Looked at clock again 4:30 AM. Save & exit. Turned off computer. Instantly fell asleep when I hit bed. 10/10, would play until 4 again.

In all honesty though, I like the mod. It is very well developed, very clean, and I find that the technological advancement aspect adds a new edge to the game. I also like the incorporation of the vanilla as history in the mod very cool, too. It is not too hard, nor is it too easy, and there is plenty to do. Keep up the good work ^^

I mean you said to not put it into the Modules file. Which is what I always do.

And I'm not sure what you mean by the M&B Warband Directory.

I have a problem. I bought ships in Zendar, set sail to the new world but once i land on some island with beach i cant get back to sea, so i am stuck on that island. Is there some trick to do it? (cant reach beach)

Do not use ports, click on town/colony so you'll leave your ship at some coastline. The only way to fix your game is to use cheats and to hold CTRL + click on Calradia mainland. Turn cheats off hereafter.

I think you need to copy it to the module file rather than the main M&B file

Err, the shaders shouldn't be that extreme.
Remove enbseries.ini in your Warband directory.

Ok I think I got it to work. But for mine it was skipping through the title screen and on the map. And skipping about as much when I went to hunt some deer.
Sometimes I skip I guess but maybe I need to lower my settings, as this one may be harder to run than the last one. Im scared its to advance for my laptop. :(

Is there any tips on reducing the time it takes to get the game going(the first loading screen seemed really long). Or is it always like that?
I may try to take off the shaders in time. They're really cool I think, but it may be making it harder for my Toshiba Laptop to run the game.

Any advice?

It's common for everyone to wait 3/4 seconds at game start. It's a script that runs and sets all lords variables.

okay so where exactly do i put it into what folder goes were because for the 3.0 it is a folder called warband, when you open it; it has the modules folder containing the nova aetas and some other folders ? where exactly do i put what because i have no clue what the directory is , do i go to the.... steam/steam apps/commons/mound and blade warband do i just put it there or go deeper ?

I think the Directory is the slide right before the Module folder. I put the Nova Aetas file in the modules anyways. And then the other files I copied over the directory files. And now all my games have the shader!
