This is a Cry Of Fear mod, a custom campaign, a custom mod, how could you be confused?
why do they sound like zombies tho lmao
1. They still use the original entity.
2. Unless modifying the slower sound file which could make Team Psykskallar angry, and using monster_custom which more often than not crashes the game, no way can be found to edit the files.
I like how they all still use the monster sounds and animations. It makes them look hilarious :)
