The models are made by DICE and are from Battlefront, they only just ported them to EAW.
They just rigged them to the game.
Yes, as we have mentioned above - these models are taken from DICE Battlefront, and army troopers were assembled of different parts from older Battlefront and the new one. Now, they are needed to be optimized and animated, we are working on this at the moment :)
