This is a total conversion of Sins of a Solar Empire. five new playble races will be introduced each with differing play styles and apearances. The focus of this mod will be small and large scale fleet stratagy and empire building.
Decommissioned by the T.E.F almost 150 years ago this vessel has become heavy cruiser of choice for most raiders, pirates and so on. The main reason for this seems to be the vessels simple design which makes them easy to both salvage and repair, compared to the decommissioned Mark 3s which despite having far more firepower and the ability to support shielding, the more complicated systems make them a far less common sight and are often used as flagships for the more succesful of Terrorist groups. Recently the Mark 2s sported by criminal group such as the Red Moon Pirates and the Derillian Mercs have been reffited with heavy cannons often seen on UCI cruisers, the ships have also been upgraded with heavier armour. This has lead to T.E.F to believe that the UCI is funding these groups, however UCI represenitives claim these accusations to be nothing more then a government making excuses for not being able to control its own people.
