- Rocks that bleed into one another.
- Texture seams and jagged terrain.
- Bad vertex shading.
- No foliage/details.

- More houses/shops/shacks.
- Natural vertex shading.
- More details.
- More NPC's.
- Less seams.

I'm not even sure what to respond to this post lol.

I think what he means is it looks like there is very little differential shading in the new one. Not sure what's going on there with the lighting, but on the picture alone. everything looks a little flat and the structures don't pop out.

There's shading, no worries. I had to turn it off in the construction set, otherwise you wouldn't be able to see all the details. I see now that I should have done this with both pictures, lol.

Nah, vanilla looks like a desolated camp site, not like a village or a port town at least.

Vanilla is very barren... Rebirth does a great job with landscape. But I do believe there should be better placement of structures and buildings. The shacks are little to crowded behind the trade house and need to be moved further out past the red lantern hut... and the haunted tower needs to be on the black wastelands between seyda neen and hla road ... and the barracks needs to be moved by the census office or made apart of the building as an interior room.

I might move the shacks a bit apart in a later update, but it's not a top-prio right now.

The haunted tower will be moved to another location, but not as far as the wastelands. It's definitely too close to the rest of the village as it is though.

You obviously need the game first and foremost (Morrowind + the expansions). Download this mod; Then follow this simple guide I made: Moddb.com
