OMW 0.46 Nightly, Rebirth Lite, Madd Leveler, Better Regen, All Bethesda Documentation suggests that DB Attacks will not occur until Level 15. I was just attacked going from Level 2 to 3. Rararyn Radarys in the wrong location, stuck in steps next to the Council Club toward the Canal in Balmora |
