i was about to ask, is there going to be an imperial civil war gc in reunification? because it might be better if, in this case, you make the warlords serperate. truetan has a faction already, and we could just script zsinj or PA for Harrsk. they wouldn't work together at all
so, maybe add a few more planets and weaken the new republic, but seperate the warlords, so we can see the Chaos, and Night Hammer in Delvardus' control
