the charger cant jump over the desk so it cant attack, in other words... its stuck
presumably it can charge?
Obvisous? It's a Hutner that can only charge and not shoot, but is stuck in the tables. So a completly useless npc at this position. I dont get why they chose this image to introduce them and not a good one where they charge a hell out of a player?

It's a joke guys. He's saying this is a really easy kill and because of the level of the creature it will get him a lot of points.
