It works, but I can't choose any doctrines as well as AI being unable to (Eastern Front version)

May be a problem to the fact that you have downloaded the game from STEAM. I know that there are other directory and launch the game has something to do with the program STEAM. I've never had it and never will. So I can hardly anything to help.
Set the mode manually. To do this, extract the files Mix_Mod to the desktop or any commodity folder (eg C: \ 123 \)
As a result, you get a (C: \ 123 \ Blitzkrieg \ DataAttrib \ attrib \ racebps \ * files *
Next, go to the directory BK (eg C: \ COH \ Blitzkrieg \) and move the folder "DataAttrib" of "C: \ 123 \ Blitzkrieg", as a consequence will be transferred and all its contents.
