Guns dropped by the Yantar zombies, unloaded, and rounded up. Sakharov now buys them, meaning you'll have some extra coin to make that extra special purchase from his shop.
It have the same feeling now like i have every morning when i'm eating my breakfast and reading playboy.
In that case, I'll withhold the one where I have most of the guns in the mod in one giant pile after "testing" them on the range (i.e., the top of Lebedev's house looking out towards the back of the Clear Sky camp).
