I don't know why, but I just don't like the default STALKER Desert Eagle model. But aside from that it looks nice.
The one from Modern Warfare 3 is an absolute disgrace compared to this one. And this one is also now properly chambered in 357 - as there is no .45 version of the Desert Eagle.
Also, this is the same model used for the .50 model we have, but it has a different texture and sound to accommodate all that additional "blasting your face off" power it has.
I think all things considered, this one works well. I especially like the texture with the golden parts of the weapon. Watching it in motion is a great experience.
Desert Eagle... With gold... This is the most vulgarity thing I've ever thought about, and now I see it. God, how I hate Desert Eagle... And not it is with gold! ... D=> Take it away! TAKE IT AWAY FROM ME!!!
Don't worry, if you do not like the gold one, we have the all-matte black version in 50-caliber.

Really, guys, what a stupid gun. There is no way for it anywhere but in GTA and Call of Duty.
Well, there's always the GP-100 "Sturmruger" revolver. It's perfectly suitable for the Zone; a revolver being one of the most reliable firearms you can get.
Yeah, I love revolvers really much =) Colt Python is a gorgeous piece of art...
However, in my opininon, guys, you should delete any Desert Eagle, as long as USAS-12 - these weapons are for Far Cry 2. For Countre-Strike. For Battlefield. But not for S.T.A.L.K.E.R.
This is not stylish, this will just create a china's weapons market...
Then what will Yoga be carrying? Besides, only Bandits use the DE in vanilla.
Then let them only carry Desert Eagles, and delete gold one for the hell. And really, guys, cut USAS-12 out. It really looks bad in the Zone.
