Disliked by me. Why? Simple:
In my opinion tanks must move the turret (have a turret, too). I hate to say to my tank attack an enemy unit and he turns his body to can do it. I find so arcade things like that. Please you could make a turret for this one and it would be perfect, like the idea that you had!

as much as what u say is right ,it is not a fixed rule though,
eg:- this one doesn't have a turnable turret but that makes its armor stronger too in relation to the other small units also its speed make it up for it ,also it can garisone one soldier and have 360 angle for attack so it is tottaly covered ;)
Yeah... It can be, but normally we put soldiers on a tank when it is a tank and they need a gunner on it. A Gattling Tank already has a "machine gun" (minigun/chaingun). For faster attack against enemy aircrafts and an enemy ambush (light vehicles and rocket infantry), the gattling cannon should can rotate 360° in X Axis and 85° Y Axis.

I reckon you should make it a spoof unit. All hippie and chick etc.. And have a water gun turret on the top like a MG. =P And I totally agree with Griffin, if there was a competition for cutest armoured car, that'd win hands down.
