Description
the artillery iron elephant is the door for a new era of Iron Curtain based weaponry ,here it uses the power of a small Iron Curtain generator not to protect itself but generate iron curtained long ranged shell to penetrate any armor easly
advantages:long rang powerful shells
disadvantages:very expensive tire 3 unit and long reload time to recharge the iron curtain generator

As for the model it is indeed an interesting concept, May I suggest trying to make the textures less cartoony and add a few more details to it?
being cartoon that to make it fit with the other origenal units but i will try to make it more detailed
I think the tusks need to be longer than the gun and give it a ram ability maybe? That would be awesome! And do not scrap it, I love this so much! =D

I think i hate it as much as i like it. It's one of those models that are so damn uniq you can't make up your mind. If anything ... keep it. But the texture needs more work.

Love the concept! And I like the barrel, the generator and the tracks a lot too. Perhaps the critique above makes sense though. May I recommend following it, and replacing the tusks and round front with dozer blades or something of the sort? Just a suggestion. :)

IMO It's OK, interesting design, nice( little bit clear) skin, fresh idea.
Concept is good.
But barrel will be better to make round.
making it rounded with ruin it belive me and this gun is built to be a railgun equivelent

I like the design. I agree with kazarr about replacing the horns though. Is this like a tank hunter or an anti-building kind of artillery?
Also, not to be over-realistic but where would the driver and gunner be in this vehicle? The only hatch I see is right behind the main gun and so they would have to be in the little bit off to the side with about one inch to move. Then again, this is a Soviet unit...
Nice...but what about name and tusks: Soviet/Russia dot have Elephants. its too cold for them <_<

its not the sort of unit you get to see everyday. the mix of animal with militaristic design is very unusual to me.
I love the horns, gives the unit an raw power feel, which is exactly what you need from a rail-gun, right? I suggest an ability to eject the Iron Curtain device as unstable as some kind of suicide thing?
