That was the problem, we never found a really cool thing for it to do for the IDF. They didn't need another factory since theirs already were mobile, and giving it an intelligence-type support power just didn't feel useful or good enough.

Concept for the Town Hall, the variant for when captured by the IDF. Concept by Michal Kus.

This idea was cut from the mod a while back, but initially both the IDF and GOI could capture the Town Hall buildings. The GOI design is still in (it works as a light factory) but the IDF idea was for it to function like a Police Station of sorts.
