Nobody owns Tolkien and nobody owns creativity and I will fight anyone who claims they do.
This shows how broken the laws are to do with copyright, "intellectual property" and corporate power.
What would Tolkien think of all this?!
Thankfully I bought the rights to Tolkien's opinions. So I can tell you he thinks warner bros need to take a running jump into Mount Doom.

And Tolkien Estate is suing Warner Bros. for breaching their contracts related to game rights. Warner Bros. haven't got anything on Skyrim if Tolkien Estate wins this case.

This is just absurd. That anyone thinks they have the right to stop someone from creating something that they truly love, **** WARNER BROS. I refuse to purchase any game or film that has any involvement with Warner Bros until this has been turned around and made right. Everything in this video is absolutely correct and I support you guys to the fullest extant.

IF they accually made a decent RPG for Lord of the Rings where its open world create your own charater, hack and slash gameplay, like fans have screemed for for YEARS. The last decent Lord of the Rings game in my opinion was Battle for Middle Earth. I really wish WB would let them finish this because its something they have been unable to do for years and finally I might be able to have a LOTR RPG because honstly LOTRO is just another generic MMORPG.
They really need to let you create and release the MERP Skyrim Mod Project VERY soon!!!!!
