Hes talkin about how in oblivion every indoor place is closed off and loade separately from the open world in how that image suggests you can go straight from open world to inside the caverns seamliessly which is awesome.

hell with that, GoW didn't even pull this off... if they ever sold this as a standalone game (with Bethesdas permission) for both consoles and pc they would become millionaires
