Granted, it's still Alpha, so a lot of stuff still needs to be added in. But I thought of just pointing out/asking a few things;

1. Are you going to add the M14 Rifle to replace the M1 Garand and the M60 to replace the M1919A6 and BAR for some of the US soldiers as default loadouts?

2. I'm not familiar with the entry date of the 30-round mag for the M16 is, but will we likely see M16s with the 20-round mag? The AR-15 currently in the mod is an M16, but it doesn't have the 20-round mag.

3. Any chance you'll also add more RPGs into the mod too? Like the M72 LAW, RPG-2, RPG-5, RPG-7 (not the 7V), replacing the M1 Bazooka with the M9 Bazooka and M20 Super Bazooka, for W-Germany the PzF 44, etc? The current M1A1 Bazooka you have in the mod is basically an M9 with it's penetration so it's a simple change of name really. But I'm not sure if the PRK got any M9s.

4. Since we're talking about Infantry Weapons, I find the weapon accuracy to be.. a work in progress. I like how innaccurate they can be, especially MGs, as it gives infantry a better chance to survive, especially since they hit a lot harder. At the same time, I feel they can be a bit more accurate than they currently are. I think the best way is to make the spread a slower gradual increase than the current quick increase in spread.

5. Lastly, I would recommend checking out German Soldiers Mod (GSM), their infantry weapons are pretty great, but I find yours to be just up to par in it's own right. The reason I recommend GSM is really for how it handles vehicle damage and penetration as well as gun ballistics. Tank guns no longer fire in a laser like straight line, but in an actual angle and it deals with sloped angles pretty well.

Beyond a few other things, this is all I have on the top of my head from my experience with playing the pre-alpha release of the mod. I'm really liking it and can't wait to see the many more additions and improvements you'll add to it. Keep up the good work! :)

It'd also be cool to see the G3 rifle put in, as it was standard issue for the Bundeswehr.

I personaly like the GSM way to handel it. Becaus MANY veterans of Men of War serie who love it and who install mods like realism. If you want to get the casual gamers, they do not want mods. They just want to run the game and start it.

So I think GSM is very good point for referece. Becaus It is many times on the top 10 mods in Moddb.

I agree, although I like how unforgiving GSM's infantry weapons are, I don't exactly think MS man needs to make this mod exactly like that.

What I'd like to see are Rates of Fires to be pretty close to realistic though. Like how the M1919 actually fires 400-600rpm while the B.A.R and the M60 actually fire at 500-650rpm. In most mods I've seen that include all 3 MGs actually have the M60 as the slowest firing one and the M1919 to be the fastest firing one.

One last thing and I think this can work for the mod, although it adds to the unforgiving-ness of GSM, I think it'll work for your mod MSman404 if you have your own weapon balance and sense of realism. This is the reduction of tracer fire from the guns, makes it a bit harder to see where bullets fly and makes it that you actually need to spot the weapon flash to know, most of the time, where the shots are coming from.

You are exactly right you should make the fire rates as close as possible to realistic also it is ok to be less forgiving than the vanilla. I also really like how you are focusing on the reduction of tracer fire, it would be nice if you removed tracer fire but you should keep lots of tracers for the hmgs and lmgs, Also it would be nice if the guns were super deadly at close range, i bet the ak47 could kill in one or two shots pointblank

I'm not, I'm not really developing the game, it's solely microsoftman404. I'm just giving suggestions, so for any of the work, all the credit goes to him AFAIK :). Not sure if he works with anyone else on the mod.
